Matcha waffles (gluten-free)

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup pre-cooked yellow corn flour (PAN)
  • 1 cup  rice flour
  • 1 tsp of oil
  • 1 tsp of vanilla
  • 1 tsp matcha powder
  • 5 candied walnuts
  • 2 eggs
  • Sugar to taste

Process:

  1. Mix corn and rice flour, matcha, vanilla, eggs, oil, sugar evenly to a bowl. Add the two eggs, slowly stirring so that each ingredient is assembled.
  2. Heat up our Waffle iron, adding butter so that the dough does not stick to the iron.
  3. Our waffle will be cooked correctly when button turns green, that will indicate that it is ready. Enjoy !

NOTE:

-Do not increase the matcha measure, as this could make our dough bitter

-You can decorate it with red berries, agave honey, amaranth etc …

Español: Waffles de matcha (gluten free)

Ingredientes:

  • 1 taza de harina de maíz amarillo pre-cocida (PAN)
  • 1 taza de harina de arroz
  • 1 cucharadita de aceite 
  • 1 cucharadita de vainilla
  • 1 cucharadita de matcha 
  • 5 nueces confitadas 
  • 2 huevos 
  • Azúcar (al gusto)

Procedimiento:

  1. Añadir a un bowl la harina de maíz y de arroz,matcha,vainilla,huevos,aceite,azúcar de manera uniforme. Agregar los dos huevos, lentamente ir revolviendo para que cada ingrediente se ensamble.
  2. Calentar nuestra Wafflera, adicionando PAM para que la masa no se nos pegue.
  3. Nuestro waffle estará cocido de manera correcta cuando el botón cambie a color verde, eso nos indicará que está listo. Disfruta!

NOTA:

-No incrementar la medida de matcha, ya que eso podría amargar nuestra masa

-Puedes adornarlo con frutos rojos, miel de agave, amaranto etc…
